Enrollment Deposit for First-Year Students


FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS will accept the offer of admission by submitting a $400 enrollment deposit on or before May 1. When you graduate, $300 of the enrollment deposit, minus outstanding charges on your account, is refundable. Note: The enrollment deposit is not refundable if you do not enroll.

You have two ways to make your deposit:

  1. Our convenient online Tuition Management System. The enrollment deposit can be submitted through our secure debit/credit card or online check option by choosing the ‘Make a Payment’ option. Please be sure to select ‘Ohio Wesleyan University’ and your payment method in Step 1, and ‘enrollment deposit’ as the payment option in Step 2.
  2. Check by mail. Please make your check payable to Ohio Wesleyan University and mail to the following address:
