How to Complete Verification

The verification process requires the university to obtain specific documentation prior to disbursing all of the financial aid you are eligible to receive. If the federal processor has selected your application for the process called verification, please submit the following documents:

• 2010 - 2011 Verification Worksheet
  • Dependent Students (PDF*)
  • Independent Students (PDF*)
• Parents’ 2009 Federal tax return  (must be signed or stamped by preparer).
• Parents’ 2009 W-2 statements
• Student’s 2009 Federal tax return  (must be signed or stamped by preparer).
• Student’s 2009 W-2 statements
