How to Complete Verification

The verification process requires the university to obtain specific documentation prior to disbursing all of the financial aid you are eligible to receive. If the federal processor has selected your application for the process called verification, please submit the following documents:

• 2009-10 Verification Worksheet
  • Dependent Students (140k PDF*)
  • Independent Students (139k PDF*)
• Parents’ 2008 federal tax return
• Parents’ 2008 W-2 statements
• Student’s 2008 federal tax return
• Student’s 2008 W-2 statements
